By Phoebe Jewelry offers jewelry made of 18k gold and lab-grown diamonds.
Each piece is crafted to order using traditional artisanal know-how and is therefore not immediately available in stock.
The photographs and descriptions of the products presented on the website are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding. Slight variations may exist due to the artisanal nature of the production.
Orders
All By Phoebe Jewelry creations are made exclusively on pre-order.
The order is considered firm and final upon payment confirmation.
Once validated, no modification or cancellation is possible.
Manufacturing and shipping times
As each piece of jewelry is made to order, an average of 3 to 4 weeks is required for manufacturing before shipping.
These times may vary slightly depending on activity periods and the availability of our workshops.
Delivery
By Phoebe Jewelry delivers to France, Europe, and the United States.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier, and are provided as an indication only.
By Phoebe Jewelry cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or customs.
Delivery costs are indicated during the order process.
The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer upon their handover to the carrier.
Payment

Returns, exchanges and refunds
